Metal Cutting

• Machining of various quality class steel, nonferrous metals, small size castings and middle size castings of grey and ductile cast iron, aluminum alloys forgings and burnouts.
• Lathe turning, milling, drilling, grinding by conventional machines.
• Machining by CNC, NC machines.

Welding

• Certification according to ČSN EN ISO 3834-2
• Certification according to DIN EN 15085-2 CL1

Thermic Deburring

• thermic deburring by BOSCH TEM-P 350 machine, which is intended for both iron parts and aluminum, brass and zinc castings.

Suface Tratment

• Painting - by high or low pressure paint gun
• Paraffining – the size of bath 500 x 1000 mm, max. weight of workpiece 50 kgs
