At present the company is focused to the production of brake systems for all type of railway cars. This conception and strategy goes from the prospectus when it was decided to finish with a special production and to make a donation of all means and effort to brake systems and their development.
After-Sales Service Department
In terms of customer service improvement the After-sales Service Department was established in the company DAKO-CZ, a.s., Tremosnice in the year 2004.
Activity of this department is mainly focused in the cooperation with contract partners in the area of railway brakes and tram brakes both the inland and foreign countries. This cooperation is carried out on the base of closed contracts of guarantee and after guarantee service. Above mentioned especially includes networking of repair services able to repair DAKO brake devices quickly and in a good quality. It is mainly related to equipment of service centres with needed spare parts, documentation, eventually also with test stands, mounting devices, etc. The integral part of this is also training for a service staff either in our company or directly in the service centre.
Members of so called “exit groups” were told off from the best skilled workers of our company in terms of quick remedy at a customer. These groups are ready to react as soon as possible to a customer’s request concerning a removal of faults related with DAKO devices.
The After-sales Service Department also ensures operational manuals for service and maintenance of brake systems (including their components) for single car types in cooperation with the Design Department of our company.
