Service assurance goes from the policy of DAKO devices service assurance. On this base “Strategy and main intents for an establishment of service centers for repairs of the DAKO brake” was done.
The service centers in Czech Republic and Slovak Republic are supplied with both devices for an exchange and spare parts for a repair of the DAKO devices.
The stocks with chosen DAKO devices were established in the service centers abroad (except Slovak Republic) and contingent repairs are carried out as an exchange of devices.
The workers of our contracting service centers are made the acquaintance of the DAKO brake system in the course of training either in DAKO-CZ Company or directly in the service centre.
